“Simple,” “Real”, “Different,” “Hospitable,” and “Welcome Home” are just are few of the words often heard when describing the ministry at inSpirit.
Upon entering our “Family Room,” in a warehouse located in an industrial commerce complex at 76th St & US 131, just south of Grand Rapids. Your experience will include a friendly greeting, a hearty handshake, and lots of warm smiles. At inSpirit you will experience an atmosphere of Acceptance, Love, and Encouragement - all which arepart of our vision. Pastries, coffees, and other refreshments are just some of the extra ways we extend God’s love to everyone that walks thru our doors.
In keeping things “Real” and “Simple” and as an “Orange” church (to learn about Orange churches visit www.whatisorange.org), we offer three ministries; Gather, Grow, and Go.
Gather (worship focus): Each service simply consists of Prayer, Praise, and Proclaiming God’s Word.
Grow (living/growing focus): Living/Growing focus) We highly value and place a strong emphasis on everyone being involved in a “Life Group.” Life Groups are varied and could revolve around a Bible Study or theme. Groups are usually eight to twelve people committed to “doing life together.” Along with growing our adults, we place a high emphasis on raising up the next generation and are committed to a strong and vibrant children’s and youth ministry.
GO (service ministry focus): Being the hands and feet of Jesus means meeting both family member and community needs. We have a partnership with several other agencies and ministries where we work together to touch hearts and change lives.
inSpirit seeks to do things differently – simply being a church built on fulfilling the “The Great Commandment” and “The Great Commission” by establishing an Acts 2 church that meets people where they are at today.
