Finding good small group leaders is a challenge for most any ministry. One thing that may hinder finding leaders is a limited view of who will make a good small group leader. A second reason may be that once potential leaders are identified, they are asked to lead a small group in a way that makes it hard for them to enthusiastically say, “Yes”.
