Looking for Leaders

Looking for LeadersFinding good small group leaders is a challenge for most any ministry. One thing that may hinder finding leaders is a limited view of who will make a good small group leader. A second reason may be that once potential leaders are identified, they are asked to lead a small group in a way that makes it hard for them to enthusiastically say, “Yes”.

What will help you to find the leaders you need for your small groups? The first may be so obvious that this most important step is overlooked. Remember to first pray for God’s guidance in determining who will make a good leader for the group. Ask God to help . . read more
