Mentoring General Information
The Mentoring Program is designed to provide a higher level of emotional and spiritual support to young adults exploring missions. SMP is a life-changing opportunity. The impact of a participant's experiences reaches much further than just the summer.
The Mentoring Program intentionally places a mature Christian from the SMP Participant's church community to walk alongside the participant on their journey, providing support, accountability, and focus. The mentoring relationship gives Participants the opportunity to express their goals and apprehensions for summer ministry as well as to share experiences, events, and concerns.
