LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

 
An important dimension of Our Mission is recruiting and equipping multicultural missional leaders for multiplying new disciples and new ministries in diverse cultural contexts. In addition to quality educational institutions in the Great Lakes region, leadership development networks (LDNs) provide non-formal training for church staff and volunteers, including persons seeking the office of ministry associate.
