Jeff BoersmaJeff Boersma is the Great Lakes Regional Coach Trainer for CRC Home Missions. In this role Jeff provides direct coaching of churches, pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders; and leads coach training events for ministry teams, Classes, and regional groups. He has served as a senior pastor, co-pastor, and church planter prior to joining the Great Lakes Team. Jeff's coaching provides ministry leaders and churches with the encouragement, strategic planning, and listening to the Holy Spirit that is vital in fruitful ministry. Stanley KosterStan Koster is the Great Lakes Organizational Coaching Coordinator. In this role Stan provides pastoral and church leadership coaching and planning, and is responsible for facilitating the Great Lakes Coaching group. He provides guidance and consultation for church planting ministry, including parenting and partnering, ministry planning and development, evaluation and coaching.
