Unsecured Loans

The CRC Loan Fund makes unsecured loans for small improvement projects or repairs to existing church-owned property.

Eligible churches are:

1. Organized churches of the Christian Reformed Church in North America which are no longer funded by Christian Reformed Home Missions/Church Planting and Development.
2. Churches which have joined the Christian Reformed Church by affiliation and have been organized congregations in the Christian Reformed Church for three years.

Unsecured loans have a maximum term of ten years and a maximum loan amount of $50,000. Interest rates are variable based on the cost of funds to the Loan Fund. The current rate of interest is 5.70%. (Note: rates are subject to change without notice)
