"Step 10: Defend the Truth"

Step 10: Defend the Truth
Always keep your word and defend the truth at all times; learn to speak the truth in love. Lies will twist your heart and gossip will pervert your mind. To know the truth, learn the Creator's teachings and their truth will set you free.

This is a digital reproduction of Defend the Truth, a painting by Cree artist Ovide Bighetty from which the graphic found on our Indigenous Justice webpage is taken. It is the tenth of twelve paintings in the series "Steps along the Red Road Following Christ the Creator."
