- Smaller churches feel valued, recognized, and are better able to do effective ministry.
- CRC culture assumes no correlation between health and size.
- All congregations are more engaged with the denomination and have a stronger sense of participation.
- All congregations are more engaged with their communities and live out a stronger missional purpose.
- Pastors and ministry leaders are supported by coaches who walk alongside them.
- Pastors and ministry leaders are encouraged and strengthened.
- A growing excitement and energy is apparent in and around the local church.
- Smaller churches are technologically better equipped.
