The SCE Implementation Team is made up of pastors (all from smaller churches), lay persons, and CRCNA staff who are located across Canada and the US. Its role is to: review/decide on grant proposals, discuss/create strategic planning, receive reports from the director, review the budget/expenses, and give the SCE staff guidance and feedback. Bimonthly meetings are held via conference calls with face-to-face meetings taking place in January and July.
